 | Nolen Properties is owned and operated by James A. Nolen, IV. Mr. Nolen owns and manages the operations of Nolen Properties, LLC, which was incorporated in 2000. In 2003, Mr. Nolen also founded Apex Archives LLC. Apex Archives provided document and information storage and retrieval services to businesses in the greater Philadelphia area. Apex Archives was sold at the end of 2004 to Capital Records Management which is made up of a group of former Pierce–Leahey executives and several local venture capital firms. Mr. Nolen remains an equity owner and landlord of Capital Records Management. Prior to founding Nolen Properties LLC, Mr. Nolen directed the commercial real estate division of the Nolen Companies. The Nolen Companies is a forth generation family owned and operated real estate development company. Primarily involved in the homebuilding sector, Mr. Nolen was charged with rolling out the companies new commercial division. Mr. Nolen was responsible for the acquisition, approvals, construction and leasing of a 58 acre business park in Delaware County. Prior to the Nolen Companies, Mr. Nolen had been employed by CB Richard Ellis as a commercial real estate broker. As a Senior Associate, Mr. Nolen specialized in the sales and leasing of suburban office properties for seven years. Between 1992 and 1995, Mr. Nolen worked as a commercial real estate broker with Grubb & Ellis in the Washington D.C. office market. | |
